Description
Belstar Prosecco is produced by Bisol 1542, who has been producing wine in Valdobbiadene for over five centuries. They have spent the last 30 years refining the process of producing Prosecco; both from a technological and vineyard management standpoint.
The Belstar vineyard is located on the cusp historical region of Prosecco, situated at 250 M elevation with access to the perfect amount of sunlight exposure. Grapes are grown on steep slopes and picked by hand. Each hillside vineyard, with its different soils compositions, yield grapes showing distinctive flavour profiles that bring us the wines we know and love from Belstar.

Taste
This expression of Glera from Valodibbiadene is dry, medium bodied and fruit-forward. Notes of lemon citrus curd, bosc pear and melon fill the glass. There is an underlying florality that perfectly compliments the fruit; showing honeysuckle and acacia. The length is long and finishes incredibly fresh with finely integrated bubbles.
