Description
The Matto brand is a collaboration between Cristian Tombacco of Vinicola Tombacco in Veneto and Tony Macchione of Stem Wine Group. They aimed for wine that could be enjoyed by many different palates and be extremely versatile with various cuisines. The literal translation of “MATTO” from Italian is “crazy” and represents its creators’ Insane Passion for Wine.

Fermented in stainless steel at controlled temperatures to retain the freshness of the fruit. No oak ageing. 
 
Taste
The wine is full on the palate, soft, warm and harmonious. Velvety tannins followed by some spice, fresh red fruit and balsamic notes with a pleasant liquorice finish.
